    Here's a creative, hands-on method for for teaching conjunctions and helping students expand sentences.

    * 28 "sentence stretcher" figures. These guys may be used in a variety of ways from a classroom display or bulletin board, to a crafty project. One suggestion: Attach a craft stick to the back. This way students slid parts of a sentence into either side giving the impression of the figure stretching.
